Everyone heard about the activities of this company, and I also wrote with horror about what they were doing, but this letter received from them made it clear that everything is bad in the kingdom:

In my opinion, this is a standard “feint with ears”, when in case of a GREAT problem the company closes it and customers are dragged into a new one.
