Free Apache and Eclipse License Transfers

While the GPL version 2.0 , 3.0 and LGPL translations are widely distributed, other popular free licenses in Russian are rare. I translated the Apache License 2.0 and the Eclipse Public License into Russian. Waiting for comments on the quality of translation.
