In the “Help” Habrakhabra, the third circle of friends is still mentioned - friends of the user's friends. Now the third circle of friends is missing, but the reminder remains. Unnoticed, of course, but I really want to remove all the errors from Habrahabr.
I propose the mention of the third round to remove from the "Help" as useless. Yes, and new users will not be confused again.
