I represent the music service to the habrosoal community - www.album-info.ru . The purpose of the service is to inform the subscribing users about the release of new releases of their favorite artists. The principle is as follows: register, choose musicians that interest you, and when they have a new album or single released, you will receive a corresponding notification via E-mail. This service is another step to automate the tasks of our life. Now you don’t need to search for anything, in fact you will receive an email and don’t miss a single release.

I am the author of this project - music lover. And for me it was difficult to learn about the release of albums of favorite bands. Sometimes I accidentally found out that half an year ago I was releasing a very expected album. Various music sites on which are laid out new items do not solve the problem. Since they need to be checked regularly. And to regularly perform the same task is not economical with respect to your time, which is always lacking. And besides, it is difficult to find one site completely covering all styles and directions.

A few years ago came up with the idea of ​​creating such a service. I wondered why nobody invented such a necessary tool. So I had to implement it myself ... In addition to the main function of informing about new releases by E-mail, the site has TOP performers (by subscription count), a gallery of artwork covers, reviews and the ability to comment on albums. Adding new functionality is not planned yet, because I do not want to turn a resource into a “mega-combine” or social. network. The service was created as a convenient informant about new releases, and it will remain with them.

Service is developed on ASP.NET 3.5 (C #).
