Users enjoy using the programs, but at the same time they are tormented by the question: where, in this case, are the money taken from those who do not sell their product?

The editors of the Internet TV channel SLTV surveyed three companies: Mandriva, Canonical and Red Hat. Their representatives briefly described the business models of their firms. It turns out that the developers of free software are living in a poor way, although, of course, they cannot yet boast of multibillion-dollar profits.
