Cross-browser form with its own style and tips

It so happened that we had an order form on our website. I decided to remake it and mow under the Mac. But after I started to typeset in the tables, it turned out that I could not give Select my own style in the donkey.

Redid the tips, got too much code. I drove all the design of the input fields into the background, the tables are gone. There is little code left, relatively little css.

The result: a cross-browser, marvelous order form with its own style and translucent table tips.
