Windows and foam in art
Today we will talk about contemporary art. We were interested in two high-tech sculptor-painters: the first made an installation from the windows of Windows, and the second of the foam used to pack office and home appliances and light. Perhaps, the saying “it’s better to see once than to hear 100 times” really does work here.
Surely, at least once, but each of us met with the hang of Windows, when you drag a window from the window copies when you move the window. So, 500 printed prints of the Windows XP desktop with the standard wallpaper “Serenity” were turned into a part of an art installation called “My Favorite Environment”.

I do not think that this “entertainment” was invented specially by Windows programmers (most likely these are bugs) in order to relieve the user's stress. However, the fact that so many are “amused”, the author of this installation, Paul Destieu, noticed and decided to make such a work out of it.
As a comprehension of our computer reality and an expression of what interests not only the author, but also millions of other people, this work is very important (although this glitch is not yet observed on Windows 7, so this work has a limited lifespan).
Other installations are made by Jason Rogenges of foam plastic used for packing office and home appliances and light. Jason noticed the interesting shape of these packaging designs and packed light sources into them, receiving as a result such interesting futuristic lights.

But what of them can be done (all works on the author’s website ):
And if the users of home computers of such a package may have a little, then the system administrators who buy office equipment for the entire office can accumulate such a performance. After all, each device is packed with foam, which corresponds in form to a printer, system unit, etc. So, do not rush to throw out foam, maybe this is your future fixture.
