Searching “just via the Internet” is not always effective. Direct, lively communication is probably better. Therefore, together with Pruffi , a non-hiring agency, we are launching an assistance service with finding employees for projects. Free. We will try to look for "techies" in new projects, and in parallel we will help you to "close" other positions in projects.

It's pretty simple. You, already a working startup, go to this page and write who you need. And we tell students and graduate students of leading Moscow technical and managerial universities, who come to our informal #poSEEDelki meetings, about vacancies in your projects. Feedback and contacts of those who are interested, we pass on to you for further work.

If there are difficulties with a “tasty” job description and interviewing candidates, Pruffi will join the work. They will explain how to debug the hiring process, in which case they will help.

Perhaps you can argue on the topic of students in a startup. But it is precisely among such people, as it seems to us, that it is easier to find talented, but not yet “engaged”, not worthy “so expensive” specialists.
