As I already wrote , last year, under the auspices of the organization Open Map Caucasus (OMC), volunteers created an electronic map of Georgia . Up to 500 people worked on the map. The beta version of the map is already available on mapspot.ge , and the files for downloading are available on the website jumpstartinternational.org .

So, a large-scale import of all this cartographic information across Georgia to the OpenStreetMap site has begun recently, which is, of course, very cool. This is a generous gift site. Judging by the project page, the import has already been completed in Imereti , Guria and Svaneti . The resulting map of Georgia can be viewed on the website .
