Barracuda crouched

Hey. Today, we present the first of many changes to the Express Panel, which will include the upcoming release of Barracuda. However, all of them will be offered to you in parts before the mosaic is assembled into a single whole.

The express panel was introduced in Opera 9.20 snapshot on February 28, 2007. Her idea arose when we noticed that users type the same addresses of their favorite sites over and over again. On the transitions to these sites could spend a hundred or a thousand clicks on the keys during the day. The thought of our decision was very simple, but effective, and today it continues to be one of the most beloved (and borrowed by someone) features of the Opera.

And now, it's time to move the Express panel to a new level. We intend to make it more customizable, dynamic and easy to use. Today's snapshot includes a new way of placing blocks of a page. Please do not forget that this is only the first of the changes that we are going to implement. The first of many tricky and innovative solutions for the Express panel. Keep for updates.

We also added to the snapshot the first stage of improvements aimed at learning the features of the Opera. Do not worry, no pop-up windows and no constant whining. Instead, we just try to remind you about the functionality of the Opera with the help of animation and hints. And let us know if you find three more features added to this snapshot.
