I decided to share some very interesting observations from surfing on Swedish websites (mostly pro-state organizations). Looked through Habr, like about this, no one fasted.
So, besides the fact that the sites of state offices there (for me " here ") are very cool - everything is understandably arranged, information is in abundance + almost everything can be done online - many of them are offered tools for the blind, like listening. info from the site (read out either by electronic voice or announcers). But! It would seem, for deaf people to use the site - it is the same as for other sighted people, that is, I am sure they know how to read deaf people. So, for sighted, but deaf vidyushki are provided with sign translation . ')
