“The illegal video I shook ...”

Anyone who has not yet seen how on the MTV channel the rightholders intimidate spectators and viewers with prison for downloading “illegal video” can get acquainted with two commercials right now:

')
On YouTube they write that these videos are actually more than two and that they are shown not only on MTV. I can neither confirm nor deny these rumors, because I myself try not to watch TV at all.

Advertising looks like this, as if Milyavsky’s notorious amendments (which stipulated that even simple downloading — done without a sales target — would become a crime) were either not taken, or just about to be accepted and become law. Damn it knows what such advertising can mean.

I'll tell you more under Habrakat: having just searched the Habrahabr, I discovered that three days ago these YouTube videos were uploaded in the “ Q & A ” section. Unfortunately, I am sure that not all of them saw them there: firstly, few people look through this section with the same regularity as the main one; secondly, in the tape of questions only the headings are visible, and not the content of the questions. I speak on the basis of my own experience, because I myself missed this question in Q & A , and came across videos only today in LiveJournal . Therefore, I was convinced that this action of right-traders should certainly be made more public, that is, should also be mentioned in the main section of Habrahabr.

Several viewers expressed a reasonably interesting version, according to which “illegal video” in this ad actually called “pirated” videos, but included in the Federal list of extremist materials : for example, downloading or storing the files “Video provocation.avi”, “zavtra”, "Antiputin.wmv", "Tea with sugar.wmv", as well as the file "2ed8c773883e123334322.vk" in the format ".flv" size of 254 MB are crimes. Despite the apparent credibility, this version should be rejected: in the final of the second of the promotional videos, Article 146 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation , which is about copyright and related rights violation, is unambiguously mentioned. In the first video (which is aimed at the spectators, and not at the audience) no numbers are mentioned at all: instead, the movie puts pressure on pure emotions (probably, the authors considered women as non-discriminating creatures).
