Notion Ink and CCAvenue cancel Adam's paid orders

Notion Ink today sent letters to some people with information about canceling their order. For unknown reasons. The link is a little more information and a petition to Notion Ink. Request to all who ordered check mail and order status.

You have to flagged your transaction.
Since you have requested it, it has been canceled.
You have not yet been confirmed for your order.
If you want to receive orders, please contact us at a different e-mail address. We have been unable to accept any orders for your order since this time.

Naturally, no one contacted the people who ordered Adam. Although the letter indicates the opposite.

Update: It is confirmed that there are quite a lot of people with canceled orders. It does not depend on the bank, since everyone is different. And not only in Russia .

Update2: on notioninkinfo.ru formed a request template in CCAvenue for payment confirmation.
Anyone who paid Adams, it is better to send.

Update3: I managed to challenge the cancellation of the order, the petition worked:
