MTS, a major accident in Vladivostok

On the morning of February 22 (at about 7.50 local time), the network of all subscribers of the MTS network in Vladivostok disappeared. As of 10.30 - the network still lies. In the company itself, the cause of the accident is called a switch failure. Link to the news.

UPD: promise to fix by 15:00 local time. Timing is shifting. Apparently something very serious happened. Judging by the comments here, the problem affected not only Vladivostok, but the whole region as a whole.
