Synchronization of tasks and calendar with MS Outlook

I use the GTD system (about six months ago I wrote about this in Habré). As software I use MS Outlook on the desktop and the Tasks application on the HTC Snap Communicator (WM 6.5).

Having seen enough new communicators with Android, I wanted to switch to it. But so far I can not find an alternative to the application "Tasks".
Please, experts, tell me, is there an application for Android that can be fully synchronized with MS Outlook?
