Privatbank - a reliable bank

The story is short, but no less interesting. Once a young guy asked for an extract on his account. In fact, it is possible to generate an extract in private24 (Internet banking), but it is not complete there. Bank support sent an extract. But which one!

Here is one of the entries of this statement. For obvious reasons, account numbers and last name are closed.

UPD The guy is not called Alla, Alla is not his wife, and the existence of such a citizen is not suspected by the hero of the plot to this day :)
