I wanted to make an analogue of KinoPoisk for music.
Called ratmus (registered ratmus.com and ratmus.ru).
Here “rat” meant both “rating” and “rat”.

Curve and raw version of the engine was written somewhere for a month. Two freelancers worked on it.
When the basis of the site was ready, I even hired a girl who added 500 songs there.

Why was the project never launched?
Because the main programmer fed me breakfast for a very long time.
Exactly until the last drop of enthusiasm has evaporated in me.

The domains themselves have recently been released (more than a year has passed since I registered them).

The idea of ​​the project belonged to the very proger who pulled with Ratmus.
I was interested and I agreed to run it for a couple with him (the code is his, the finances are mine).
No, I did not step twice on one rake. We started this project even when Ratmus didn't understand everything.

They were going to use SquirrelMail as the mail interface.

I bought for my money a pack of domains for common patronymic names (those on the draft).
I still have domains, by the way.

I also piled a test site layout.

Again, the same story - the programmer dragged on until the enthusiasm disappeared.
Enthusiasm disappeared simultaneously on both of these projects. By the way, the programmer himself disappeared.
