The first thing I want to say - the privacy of your photos - has not changed !

The point is the following - to ensure the privacy of albums, you must specify the privacy settings separately for each album (section “My Photos”, the field “available ...”). Those albums, the availability of which does not allow them to see non-friends - no one but them will see. But the most interesting thing is that if you haven’t set this privacy setting for albums before, they were open before! Although your page has been closed.
Yes, dear users! Albums with default settings could always be viewed, even if your profile was completely closed. The only difference is that before that very few people knew, and in order to view these albums, you had to click on a special link like “ vkontakte.ru/albums XXXXXX ”, where “XXXXXXX” is the user ID (including . and with a closed questionnaire). Or use different applications with names like “view private profiles” that generated these very links.
So in essence, in the privacy of photos - nothing has changed. And on the contrary - everything has become more transparent and understandable. Now you can better see which of your photos are really open to prying eyes.
