Hello, Habrakhabrovchane!
We decided to celebrate our Birthday on Habré with a post about the daily work of our Data Processing Center.
The theater begins with a hanger, and the data center ... with boot covers.Every morning for the

employees begins with changing shoes into slippers or shoe covers. Our operators take care of sterile cleanliness in the data center.

However, we also have a hanger!

Each technical support employee has to review hundreds of letters daily (most often from satisfied customers;)) and analyze tons of information every second.

')

Daily shifts simply force workers to keep themselves in excellent physical shape;) The most unexpected objects are used as projectiles for exercises ...

A significant part of the working time of data center operators is spent on communication with customers by phone.

Of course, the most interesting is in the tight area of the data center. Go there and go.
Photos of the data center on our site are so cosmic that many customers refuse to believe in their reality. Everything is too clean and tidy - neither you have tangled wires, no cable bits. In principle, customers can see for themselves the reality of the photographs by visiting the data center in the presence of our employees.

In order to maintain cleanliness and order, intensive cleaning of the premises is carried out every two days.

Clients can connect to their server and work with it using our “mobile workstation” on wheels.

Demonstration of the server installation process. Very cleverly it turns out.

Marking equipment using a mini-printer is a must-have procedure so as not to get lost in hundreds of servers.

Our equipment. Very impressive.

By the way, we use simple, but very effective methods for solving any problems ...

Uninterrupted work during a busy work shift is required not only from equipment, but also from people. To do this, apply a completely legal dope - coffee.

The working day is ending ... The already familiar procedure is repeated, but this time in the reverse order. Tired but satisfied employees go home, and shoe covers are sent to a nearby container.
