Extreme agile - I dance alone

I continue the series started by the post “ Extreme Ajile - everyone dances! ”Dedicated to the dissemination of useful practices from flexible development methodologies to all who are involved in the project. After all, it is unfair when only developers use excellent practices. We offer you a video of the report with a story about how we solve the problems of lack of resources and unpredictable deadlines, what we do, when we do not know where to start development and what the next step will be. In addition, once and for all the question of the need for careful strategic planning is being solved :) As always, all this is not theorizing and retelling books and articles, but real experience in working on a real project.
