Idea for a geolocation startup

If I had a lot of money and a lot of time, then I would buy a bus. I would buy a bus and put there several webcams, comfortable chairs, air conditioning, good music and a GPS receiver. I would also make a site on which the location of the bus would be displayed (on the map naturally), and you could watch any of the cameras installed on the bus (some of the cameras would broadcast the view outside the window). Then I would put everyone on the bus and give people on the site a general vote to decide where this bus will go (within the city limits, most likely), the bus will always go where the majority of voters on the site wants. Leaving the bus will be possible at any time, unless this is contrary to the rules of the road. In general, passengers could while away the time traveling in a comfortable bus to all parts of the city (more interesting than staying at home and thinking what to do), and site visitors would get their own “radio-controlled” bus (this is certainly not a betmobile, but not bad either). I think it would be fun to look out the window of the office and see this bus, because you persuaded all the staff to vote for this street. Oh, and I almost forgot, there would be a chat on the site and all the messages from the chat would be broadcast on TV hanging in the bus, people from the bus could also send messages to the chat. This is what I would do if I had a lot of money and a lot of time.
