Manage tasks and affairs with 42tasks

I want to introduce Habrasoobschestvu our new project - 42tasks.com , cross-platform GTD service. Why 42tasks? Because all more or less decent domains have already been occupied and " 42 - The answer to the main question of life, the universe and all that ."



Our service is designed to account for personal and business affairs, as well as managing tasks in a team. The principle of operation is quite simple and easy, without any tricky things that many alternative GTD projects have. The main difference between 42tasks and others is that we want to become like “Evernote for tasks”. Now there is a beta version of the Web app, already on the way to the iPhone app and we plan to make a version for Andriod, Win, Mac and Ubuntu in the near future. Our main principle in this project is “ease of use and accessibility everywhere”.

How to use 42tasks

1. Add a task to the input field;
2. Choose the date and time of the task;
3. Alternatively, you can set a reminder that will send you a message by email for a certain period of time;



4. Category management;


Tasks can be viewed in different categories either individually or see all tasks from all categories by clicking on “All categories”.

In general, that's all. The project was prepared taking into account the analysis of all possible similar projects (remember the milk, producteev, etc.) and we took all the best from everyone - simplicity and ease of use.

What's next?

1. Adding the function of group tasks, where tasks can be managed by a team of 2 or more people.
- By the way, every few days we update the dev branch, and therefore we need testers to run the release before it is released;

2. iPhone app
- We are already working and have submitted an application in the App Store so that the output of the iPhone App with synchronization will be in the coming week;
- iPhone app will be free for the first 2 weeks;

3. Android app
- This is the plans for the month of March and we are looking for a developer for Android. Anyone interested in, write to support (friend of the person) 42tasks.com;
