This summer we will go on a corporate holiday for the first time. And it seems to me that we rest just great!
Why? Because we are going to the largest city of Priazovia - Mariupol. What awaits us there? Sea of Azov, fun team building trainings and active pastime. We all (and the company Rupay - it is about 50 people) take a vacation and enjoy an enchanting holiday. I was very pleased with the opportunity to take the family on vacation, which many employees will gladly do. We were all looking forward to this moment, because we would finally get to know each other’s favorite sports, sing the first song at the fire, dance with our wonderful ladies at the disco. In short, a great vacation.
In my opinion, there are no downsides to corporate recreation. Apart from a minus, an easy longing for the sun, the sea, in a friendly evening by the fire, which everyone will have upon returning from Mariupol. :) ')

While writing this post, an idea arose. Why do companies not take on their corporate holiday journalists? After all, mutual benefit is there. On the one hand, the journalist will know better the company he writes about: what are the people in it, what are their interests, etc. On the other hand, the tops of the company get used to an open dialogue with a journalist, they better understand what he wants from them. I will definitely offer this idea to our HR department :)
