Well settled!

Just yesterday, I wrote about the fact that Intel was included in the most-most-rated Top100 in terms of working conditions. Just below the full list, I posted a link to the company's job page and the first headhunter catch did not take long to wait! The popular rapper and music producer William James Adams Jr., better known under the pseudonym will.i.am , as a seven-time Grammy winner, a member of The Black Eyed Peas multiplatinum band, joins Intel as a director in creative innovation.

But seriously, this is quite an important event for the company. At the Intel marketing conference held in Anaheim, California, Will posed for cameras along with Intel's marketing director Debra Conrad , bragged about a new Intel employee badge and talked about plans for working with the company: Almost everything I do, I do with computers and processors ; Intel chips are sometimes not visible behind a beautiful computer case, but professionals like me know what is actually inside. Now I have a chance to talk about how I use Intel technology to create music - just like an artist uses a brush, and a guitar player - his guitar.

Debra Conrad: High technology often seems to consumers to be something cold and far from life; we would like to reduce this distance and establish emotional contact with our users.

Will.i.am will help Intel in developing a wide variety of computing computing devices - laptops, smartphones and tablets: This is a great alliance, because we can look at the development of new products from the artist’s point of view, from the consumer’s point of view. At CES, I talked to Intel engineers, and was extremely impressed with the new video processing technologies — I’m not only a musician, but a video — quite a large part of my creative process.

In the role of the frontman of The Black Eyed Peas, Will is working on music specifically for Intel - and he also has big plans for this: Tomorrow technology will change everything - I can create music directly in my smartphone, shoot video with it, edit it on tablet, and then upload to the cloud - and from there it will fall into every home, every computer, mobile phone or car.

Well, who's next ? ;)
