Google Voice has the ability to port your mobile number

The function of porting a mobile number has become available in Google Voice. This means that you can make your mobile number your Google Voice number.

(The feature is currently available to existing Google Voice users and will be available to new users over the next few weeks, the Google Voice service is available only in the US.)



To enable the function, log in to your Google Voice account, open the settings page and click “ Change / Port ” ( Change / Port ) next to your Google Voice number:

Porting a number to Google Voice costs $ 20 and is usually done within 24 hours. You may also incur additional charges due to your mobile operator.
