Do not do anything for 2 minutes

Alex Thew - the same guy famous for creating the Million Dollar Homepage - presented his new website, developed in collaboration with Ben Dowling. The site is called “ Do Nothing For 2 Minutes ”, which can be translated as “do nothing for 2 minutes”.

The point is quite simple: you just have to do nothing for two minutes. If you touch the mouse or keyboard during the countdown, you will receive the message “Fail”.

And you can sit in front of the computer and do not touch the mouse and keyboard for only two minutes? It really is not that simple.

Despite the seeming primitiveness, the site brought Alex 20,000 unique visits in just 8 hours after launch. As Charlie White joked at Mashable, Alex and Ben should be invited to add a user-tracking function to the webcam — in order to pass this two-minute test, one could barely breathe.
