announced some changes in the company's management structure.
For the past 10 years, he, Larry Page and Sergey Brin have equally participated in decision making. This peculiar triumvirate had real advantages, and as Eric writes, they will continue to discuss important decisions among the three. But they also decided to define a clear responsibility and accountability of each.
Larry Page will develop product development and technology strategy. April 4, he will occupy the position of CEO of Google.

Sergey Brin decided to devote himself to strategic projects, in particular, to work on new products. His position will be called "co-founder."
Eric Schmidt himself will remain chairman of the board of directors. He will deal in deals, partnerships, customers and business relationships. He will play the role of adviser Larry and Sergey.
