Links ... In life, we are surrounded by an infinite number of links ... Many objects that we see on the street have websites. How to learn about them in a convenient way?
I present to your attention
OpenLinkMap , another
project based on the free and free world map of
OpenStreetMap .
')
Go to the site
olm.openstreetmap.de ,
zoom in on the desired part of the map, click on the red circles that appear - and you will see links to the website of the object or to an article about it in Wikipedia. You can use the service in different ways - you can browse the sites of nearby cafes, or you can explore Paris using Wikipedia.
If you have not found links to any object, you can
report them to the editors of the site or add them yourself. To do this,
register on the OpenStreetMap website , click on the “edit” tab, click on an object or create a new one, click on the “plus sign” in the lower right corner, enter the name “website” or “wikipedia” in the first window, and in the second window insert link. Everything! And you can be sure that your work will not disappear and will not be assigned to any commercial company - OpenStreetMap data is distributed under the
free and copyleft license CC-BY-SA 2.0 Generic .
