Will I-Chatterbox?
I compared the following facts here:
- at the beginning of the year, Yandex allocated new servers to the jabber.ru service , while a Yandex representative indicated that the company was interested in developing “good Jabber / XMPP technology”;
it was recently announced that from July 1, jabber.ru disables ICQ, AIM, YM and MSN transports ;
most Yandex projects are in a sense a “Runet copy” of relevant Google projects;
The question is, what kind of popular Google service does Yandex have yet, but it will be soon?
I think there is no program for quick messages. Mail.ru has such a service, Rambler has such a service, even LJ - and Yandex doesn’t!

In general, it seems to me that very soon we will hear about a small program with the modest name “I-Chatter” or something like that. The program will have a simple interface, use the XMPP protocol and work with the server lala.yandex.ru.
How do you think this is real?
