The creators of one of the largest torrent trekkers
The Pirate Bay launched a new project:
BAYIMG , free and uncensored hosting for images.
The service understands "more than 100" image formats, can work with zip and rar archives. The size of one download to the server can reach 100 megabytes.
Of the interesting features: when downloading a picture, you can provide a removal code (which is needed if you need to remove the picture from the hosting). Also, pictures can be tagged, and you can search for other pictures using the tag cloud.

These questions remain:
1) What is meant by “lack of censorship”?
2) Is there such a place on the Earth for such hosting, where there is neither political censorship, nor censorship of “copyright”, or laws prohibiting certain types of images (for example, child pornography)?
3) considering the space provided for hosting and support for image formats without loss, how long to wait for bayimgfs (by analogy to gmailfs) or any other notions of the same kind?
