Chrome extension for memorizing foreign words

The idea, in brief:

1. I put the extension. This is the end of my activities.
2. When downloading text from any web page, the extension randomly selects 10% of Russian words and substitutes English for them, obtained through the Google Translate API.
3. I freely read the text with the substituted words (90% of the words do not change).
4. I read dozens of articles daily, each of which is a small lesson of the subconscious memorization of foreign words.
5. PROFIT

I suspect that there is little work here. I will be the first grateful user.
