Copyright on retranslating blogs

We need the opinion of a respected Habranarod.

Someone took and posted an entry from my blog at home, with a link to my site.
And it pleases, for raises authority in Technorati.
However, the one who reposted, is configured to broadcast to a bunch of other blogs, links from which are sent to my article on his website, thereby raising his rating, and not mine.

Question: Is it natural to demand from those who retransmit my article from their journals to place a link to the original in the relayed posts?
