Hi, Habrazhiteli!
By the nature of my work, I often have to select testers to test various projects (web, desktop, mobile, etc.).
In this case, testers do not always justify their stated skills and their professionalism.
As a result of all this painstaking work, the idea (later
FIXber itself) about creating a full-fledged market for software testing services was born, where each tester can get a job thanks to his skills, and the customer is the result of a full test of his project regardless of what stage he is .
')
Why hire a "one" tester, if you can get a hundred and pay only interesting bugs.

Some facts about customers:
- the customer no longer painstakingly selects testers for their projects - testers will find customer's projects themselves,
- buys only interesting bugs,
- before the purchase, the bug sees only its short description,
- wants to limit access to the project - no problem, asserts each tester personally,
- if the project is specific, then it invites only certain testers to work.
Some facts about testers:
- Each tester selects a project for himself (or several projects) based on his knowledge and skills,
- sells a bug - earns and raises the rating,
- the higher the criticality of a bug, the higher its cost,
- raises the rating - gets more features.
PS Now I have sketched for you quite a bit of information - the sequel will be a little later.
After laying out the system for testing, all those who will be interested will be given full access so that you can “touch” everything.
