Transformation of the Vogue magazine into a home projector part 1 (careful traffic)

For starters, I purchased a Vogue magazine with a player. I’ll say right away - dear journal, since I bought it on the hammer for as much as 1,000 rubles, but this is not so important.
Acquiring a magazine, an action plan for its transformation into a projector has long been ripe in my head, since the old slide projector Svityaz M was lying around at home. So he prevented me from sleeping.

Having carefully studied the resource diyprojector.info, with the help of the brothers in arms, I broke. Immediately make a reservation, the project is not finished yet, as holidays prevented, you know yourself, and I could not get Fresnel lenses in time. Only one ruler with a lens in a stationery store was purchased.
“Chinese welding” helped me a lot :) - hot melt glue.

I installed a reworked lamp unit and figured out the coolers and the front panel.
Everything, glued it with a hot-melt glue, and put it together for checking, on the masking tape, closed it, checked, did not seem to be lit by a light bulb, and that was good.
The whole unit is ready, tested for 5 hours, the temperature inside is 74 degrees, everything is kept in place, but it started to smoke, the lamp's power supply was where the weak link turned out to be.
