Frankly, I strongly doubt that in the CIS countries such a device will appear at least in five years. No, not because there will be difficulties with the import, just Touch TV, the device is called, is a 60-inch interactive plasma panel. This TV and graphics editor, and the "window on the Internet" and much more. Of course, the thing is very interesting, but I am afraid even to assume how much it can cost - probably, this is a significant part of the annual budget of the regional school. But the functions of the device are really interesting.
The fact is that you can write and draw on the “blackboard” Touch TV using a special stylus, and the panel supports simultaneous operation with two such stylus. In addition, in the process of work, you can increase and decrease your drawing or inscription without the slightest “brakes”. The Touch TV presentation showed how two people can work with Google Earth. According to eyewitnesses, it all looked like a scene from a spy movie with the FBI command center.

An interesting feature of Touch TV is that you can draw and mark up on almost any content, without opening additional programs. For example, the same guys drew the route of Christopher Columbus, using Google Earth. At the same time, Skype communicated with a teacher from Spain, who specified and supplemented the route. Communication was maintained through the same Touch TV.
According to experts, Touch TV can be the beginning of a kind of revolution in learning, becoming an indispensable tool for teachers in schools, teachers in universities, and for schoolchildren and students themselves. Touch TV will appear on the market in April (in Korea) and in August-September of this year in other countries. Unfortunately, the cost of the device was not announced at the presentation, but you can easily guess that it will be rather big.
