After a whole heap of preliminary sms, they sent me an SMS with the card details. Well, the map is already progress, from it and to Webmoney is not far. Having read “Questions and Answers” ​​on the QIWI Visa website (http://visa.qiwi.ru/qa.html), I realized that first I need to withdraw funds from the card to my QIWI account. To do this, you need to register with the same phone number that I used to purchase the card on the site w.qiwi.ru. After registering, a VISA item appeared in the menu, through which I transferred money to my personal account, and transferred money from my personal account to Webmoney. After 2 hours, the money was in my ruble wallet and I paid for VDS. The general commission turned out somewhere around 10%.
