Battery HTC Evo has saved the life of a parking attendant from Atlanta

John Garber, an employee of National Parking, hired by the nightclub Halo, was the object of dissatisfaction of two visitors, after one of them was expelled from the club. They shot John’s chest, but fortunately for him, Evo was in the breast pocket of his jacket. Although the phone's glass broke, the battery took over most of the impact of the bullet and thus saved John from death.

Intact, but not yet completely recovered, John promised that he would never buy another manufacturer’s phone now. He told his supervisor at National Parking that he owed him a new cell phone.
