After determining the scope of work, the material was collected:

The parts were joined by a sturdy alloy sheet. After welding, the part was machined on an emery machine.
Having completed work with metal, he occupied himself with destroyed plastic supports and broken off sections of the hull, which took 80% of the total time spent. In the course went epoxyline, plastic card, epoxy resin, skin. The surfaces were glued before gluing.
After some cosmetic manipulations, the laptop acquired almost the same appearance and was ready to continue its faithful service.
The electronic filling works which year without failures, however the manufacturer obviously saved on design and case material.
