I am directly involved in planning the time of the web studio and when developing websites I encounter the following problem: It often happens that the customer pulls in the approval process of the stages, untimely provides information, in general, in every possible way delays the work.
This greatly affects the overall workflow of the studio, since “rush hours” appear, when the specialists are already busy with another project, and the old customer finally woke up, provided everything necessary and required to continue working. Plans and deadlines fly to hell ... Maybe someone has found a decent way out of the situation?
