Based on the Elbrus-S processor, a four-processor module MV3S / C is built, which is planned to be used in modern military equipment.
The processor is capable of performing up to 23 operations per cycle. Low allocated power allows you to do passive cooling.
For the Elbrus architecture, Linux OS is supported on the 2.6.14 kernel in standard and real-time versions. The glibc 2.7 library and many standard utilities are supported, there is also a graphical environment based on the Xorg server version 6.9.0 with several window managers. Ported a large set of application programs. Currently, work is underway to support the 2.6.33 kernel and the latest version of Xorg.

The following development tools are supported: an optimizing compiler of its own design (compatible with gcc 3.4.6) for C, C ++, Fortran, the gdb debugger, the gprof profiling tool. The compiler supports native and cross-compilation modes.
