MySpace users have been transplanted to a proprietary IM pager.
The largest social networking site on the Internet MySpace has released the first public beta version of the instant messaging system MySpaceIM . This is the first official release of the program, which took place closed beta testing during the year.
The multimedia chat client uses feature-rich features, including video transfer, adding emoticons from your own pictures and integration with personal messaging system on MySpace. The developers made it simple: they replaced the functionality of the “Send Message” link, which is an integral part of the pages on MySpace. Previously, this link launched the form to send a personal message, and now it launches the MySpaceIM program. If the program is not installed, the download of the distribution kit starts automatically. The pager automatically starts later with the computer loading, these are the default settings. The program is not compatible with other IM-networks and works only under Windows / IE.
In the first few days after the official release, MySpaceIM installed more than 17 million people. ')
