Plan for the transition of federal executive bodies and federal budget institutions to the use of open source software

Order of December 17, 2010 No. 2299-p (Prime Minister of the Russian Federation V.Putin)

1. To approve the attached plan of transition of federal executive authorities and federal budget institutions to the use of free software for 2011-2015.

2. Federal executive authorities to ensure the implementation of measures in accordance with the plan approved by this decree, within the maximum number of employees established by the Government of the Russian Federation and budget allocations provided for in the federal budget by them in the federal budget.
