Carefully read the warning, stating that this service only works with equipment purchased in customer service centers. So it is, and I bought the service. From the account immediately written off 25 hryvnia, and I happily started downloading files.
In the morning I was in for a surprise. The state of the account from 50 hryvnia turned into -347. Naturally, support calls did not give anything. I was told that it was also necessary to go to the site people.net.ua, find there the description of the service “Day - the Internet without restrictions” and read somewhere that it was necessary to change the username and password when connecting this service.
In addition to the service supply curve, of course, there is a simple petty fraud: no one interfered with duplicating information on at least the official my.people.net.ua page, where the service packages are connected. I, of course, will not pay: no one is obliged to pay for undelivered services, and the service “Day Without Restrictions” was not provided to me, although it was paid for. A good reason to change the operator, especially since People.net coverage leaves much to be desired and practically does not improve with time.
