Although the "Journal of Cosmology" looks semi-amateur, but they have rather strict rules for receiving materials and high cost of publication, and the editors of this thematic issue were Rudy Schild from the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics and Joel S. Levine Ph.D.), NASA Co-Chairman, Head of the Human Exploration Division of the Mars Science Analysis Group (HEM-SAG) of the Mars Exploration Program Analysis Group (MEPAG) at NASA. Such editing ensures the quality of articles.
By the way, Joel Levine and Rudi Shield are also co-authors of a solid book on the colonization of Mars (1000 pages), which is sold on Amazon for as much as $ 99. The structure of the chapters in the book largely coincides with the structure of the chapters in the thematic issue of the Journal of Cosmology.
