Of course, the registration of domains with a curse to the Bank of America in the title is a mosquito bite for such a large financial institution, however, most of the media paid attention to this event.
Currently, several hundred domains have already been registered, which are a phrase that consists of the name of the bank or the names of its leaders with abusive words like “suck”, “fuck”, “dick” and others. A good example of such domains is BrianMoynihanBlows.com, where, as we see, the head of Bank of America is mentioned.
A significant part of the domain of this type was registered on December 19, the day when it became aware of the refusal of Bank of America to service financial transactions in favor of WikiLeaks. Let me remind you that this bank refused to work with money transfers in case the bank decides that such a transaction is related to Wikileaks. The bank itself does not give any special comments on this subject, pointing to a vague “violation of the rules of the internal work of the bank.”

As mentioned earlier, the bank could make such a decision without much pressure from the US government, since Wikileaks posted several documents indicating that the bank was not particularly clean. Naturally, the bank did not like it.
