Skype does not work

Already 15 minutes Skype is not connected. At first I could call, but the Skype icon spun, as if reconnecting. Now completely fell. I put X, vnc and Skype on the server (yes, I’m such an addict) - it doesn’t work either, writes P2P connection error.
