Today at midnight, strange things were happening on Facebook. First, without any announcements, several new interesting features rolled out, then the site went down for 30 minutes, and then came back to life, but without the functionality presented.
Later it turned out that these new features had not yet been completed and were opened
by mistake . This is reported in the
official Facebook blog .

')
Someone might say a PR action. But not like. Even the most influential marketers will not convince management to take a website with 550 million users offline for the sake of questionable effect. So the features are real, and the code really leaked onto the Web by mistake.
So, what is being developed in the depths of Facebook? Admittedly, some really interesting things.
Login change
Convenient login change for those who have multiple accounts.

Memories
Statistics on the years, how many you have written messages, published photos and made friends in each particular year. Probably it will be nice in old age to plunge into the memories sitting by the warm fireplace with Facebook in the tablet (or there will already be neural interfaces).

Questions and Voting
Very convenient new feature, the need for which has long been spoken about. Special tab, with which you can easily ask a question or vote among friends. It is also useful for corporate accounts - companies can conduct surveys of their customers.

New Fan Pages
These are pages used by commercial companies. In the future, they will become more similar to ordinary pages of ordinary users, adding content will be easier for “fans”, tabs will disappear from the page design. The wall will be shown by default for all who came to the page.
