Pricing Webils Policy

In the last post we described the essence of our system. The most popular question was “how much does it cost?”. As we answered, it is impossible to give an exact price based on some obvious parameter. But in order to form an understanding of at least the order of prices, we show the grid for relatively small loads.

As you can see , we tried to proceed from the total number of users involved in the system. This gradation is used by many services offering webinars. It is clear that under this limitation of the total number of users there are also hidden other parameters that are taken into account when calculating the “cost price”. For example, 10 users who are engaged around the clock, will create an undeniably greater burden than 50 users involved in once a month.

Based on incoming requests and averaging the remaining parameters, we came to such a grid. Its functional task is to give users a general understanding of pricing.

On a large number of users, there is already a much larger fluctuation of the other parameters. And taking any average values increases the error too much.

In any case, even clients with 5 users will help us determine what kind of load they will create. Our goal is not to make customers overpay. First of all, we want to provide a convenient service with adequate prices!

I will allow myself to make a small announcement of the next post, in which we will try to describe in more detail the difficulties that companies encounter on their way to the transition to online training.
