We are pleased to announce the launch of the Pravo.ru SPS for iPad. This application is similar to the iPhone application you already know. However, now iPad owners have a full-fledged mobile tool for convenient work with regulatory documents.

Each user of the gadget has access to all regional and federal legislation of the Russian Federation via the Internet. A plus! Many new things have appeared, namely, an expanded search has been added, new types of legal acts : decrees, letters and other documents of the president, government decrees, NLA ministries and departments, new functions for convenient work ... But first things first.

The application user has access to the main menu where you can select the desired category of documents or read legal news. Later on, from the start page, in “ My Documents ”, the necessary regulatory acts are immediately available, you can also view the most interesting document users.

Search

Finding a document in the system is just as easy. It is enough to enter the exact details or the desired text . Search results are sorted by relevance.

Work with documents

The document search system is already familiar to users of the Pravo.ru ATP. To go to the desired article, it is enough to use the content or a quick transition - just dial the number of the article you are looking for, and the document will automatically go to the specified part of the document. This feature was available on the iPhone version, but it’s so cool and it speeds up the workflow so much that we decided to remind it once again.



Moreover the search by text works. If you do not know the exact article number, simply enter the text of interest into the search box. Matches to your request will be highlighted in yellow.



On iPhone, you can add the entire document to Favorites . Now the function has become more convenient - the most important and interesting from the user's point of view is sent to the "Favorites" part of the document: article, paragraph, sub-item. Of course, there was an opportunity to add the entire document.



You can bookmark an important article. On this separately, since we are particularly proud of bookmarks - they have now become personalized. Having decided to make a bookmark, the user will see a color “ bagel” , each color of which is responsible for the specific desire of the user. Have you decided that the article is important to you? Select the red tab. If you want to familiarize yourself with the text again, select the green tab. In the future, the necessary text of the document will be at hand, and the user does not need to waste time searching the database.




Another new feature (in our opinion a very necessary thing) is that you can send a text of the document being studied by mail to a colleague with the click of a button. Argued about the text of the article of the Administrative Code? Find the desired paragraph, click on it and choose to send the text.




The exact information of the document, for example, its number, date of adoption and effective date, you can find out at any time working with documents, without scrolling up to the head of the document. Information tab is available by clicking on the lower right corner.

Appeal

We are sure that our program will attract the attention of representatives of ministries and ministries who are themselves interested in the appearance of their documents in the reference system. For such cases, we introduced a special system of direct replenishment of the database with documents from a state authority in the Pravo.ru SPS. Thanks to this unique opportunity, state authorities of all levels, from federal to local, will be able to independently publish normative acts published by the ATP independently and without any efforts. Subsequently, the documents will be available to both officials and users of the ATP on any mobile media - iPhone and iPad - at any point via the Internet.
