ModularGrid has been updated - a handy tool for HTML coders

I hasten to inform you that finally I updated ModularGrid - a small javascript that draws guides and a modular grid over the layout:

• a panel with controls appeared for those who do not like hotkeys;
• the status of the grid is now saved in the cookie;
• Several annoying bugs were fixed.
